You can read the latest issue of their magazine Arthritis Today and join a group called “Connect and Control,” which will help devise an exercise plan for you. In addition, the site features message boards and essays from people meeting the challenges of living with arthritis. Details on recent research studies are also available, as well as a link to the office of the Arthritis Foundation in your community to get referrals to specialists.
