Symptoms of Insomnia
Insomnia symptoms may include:
- Problems falling asleep, staying asleep, or both
- Early awakening.
- Not feeling refreshed after sleep and/or feeling tired during the day
Insomnia may lead to other problems, such as:
- Problems focusing or performing at work or school
- Moodiness or trouble getting along with others
- Lack of energy or motivation
- More errors or accidents
- Tension headaches or digestive problems
- Worries about sleep
