Symptoms of Uterine (Endometrial) Cancer
The most common symptom of uterine cancer is abnormal bleeding, such as:
- Irregular menstrual periods
- Bleeding between periods
- Bleeding after menopause
Other symptoms may be:
- Belly or pelvic pain
- A swollen belly
- Bloating
- Lack of hunger
- Changes in bowel or bladder function
